Our Commercial Escrow Department is now open and located at 1990 No. California Blvd., 8th Floor.   Our office manager, Karen Zook, is a Senior Commercial Escrow Officer that handles all aspects and types of real estate transactions, including but not limited to land acquisitions, large commercial buildings, industrial complexes, multi-family rental units,   shopping malls, the process of subdivision into residential subdivisions, commercial condo and residence projects, multi-transactional 1031 exchanges and other real estate transactions including LEED Certified buildings and bulk REO sales.   Call our Commercial Department today, we look forward to be your closing partner.


“ Springing ” into action: Our Northern California division just keeps growing! We ’ re pleased to announce Bonnie Burnett ’ s association with our Walnut Creek Office. Bonnie joins Jack Babcock, Maria Luna and Susan Roush with extraordinary escrow services for today ’ s difficult closings. John MacWilliams has joined our company to develop business with our Lender community. To support our customers and their clients we ’ ve added to our Short Sale Processing Unit and our Title Unit. We’re pleased to announce the addition of Claudia Camberis and Cathy Coghlan to our Danville Office. They join the team of Robbie Elliott, Jenn Navalle and Mark Holderbein. The new CAR Residential Purchase Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions have been revised, effective 4/30/10. The new form affects escrow in the following way: Sellers are now required to submit a Statement of Information form to the settlement agent within 7 days of acceptance of the contract. In order to accomplish this, Pacific Coast Title will make this form available in a variety of ways...
